How Taromi Works

What Taromi is

You ask a question in your own words, Taromi draws the cards, and each card is read in its position against what you asked. Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

How the cards are drawn

Cards are drawn on our server, never in your browser, with a cryptographically secure random number generator. Every spread is dealt from the full 78-card deck without repeats, and each card can land upright or reversed.

The cards are saved with your reading before any interpretation is written, so reloading the page never reshuffles them. The card of the day is the one exception, by design: it is fixed for you for the whole day, so it stays the same on every device.

How readings are written

The interpretation is written by AI models from the cards you drew, their positions in the spread and your question. Your question is sent to the model only to write your reading. An AI reading can be wrong or miss context, so treat it as a prompt for your own thinking, not as a verdict.
